Head Chef Austin Crum joins Triple C Brewing Company after a long and successful career in multiple restaurants throughout the Southeast. His unique style and flavor profiles combine Mississippi roots with the modern flair of today’s culinary expectations. Chef Austin perfected his distinctive pizza dough and his nonconformist viewpoint on toppings to create the perfect pizzas to compliment Triple Cs award-winning beers.
Chef Austin’s deep passion for cooking was influenced by his family’s rich Southern culture and inspired by his nephew, Isaiah, who lends his nickname Izzy to the restaurant. Isaiah’s love for all he meets and his gifts for making everyone feel seen and appreciated are captured in his signature phrase “hope you have a good day” and his endearing wish for “world peace, please.”
