3C India Pale Ale: Packed full of hop flavor with a lighter malt body, this American IPA showcases Citra, Centennial and Chinook hops. Citrus, Grapefruit and Passionfruit dominate the nose and tongue in this hop bomb. Brewed on a limited basis because of short supply of it's namesake hops.

Coming In Hops: Brewed in honor of our 100th batch we specially designed this Imperial IPA to be aged in previously used bourbon barrels to achieve a mellow bourbon and medium oak flavor. We started with an immense amount of 2-row malted barley that maxed out our brewhouse. Four massive additions of Centennial Hops were added throughout the boil to achieve a big bitterness that then mellowed in the barrels. We also added wildflower honey to the boil to help boost the alcohol content and provides a small amount of floral aroma to pair with with the citrusy hops. After some time aging, we continously dry hopped in the barrels with Citra, Centennial, and Amarillo to give this ale a huge hop aroma. We recommend not cellaring this one, so enjoy it soon. We had a lot of fun making it!
